Location: Tamworth (Hybrid)
Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with commercial teams to provide financial guidance and challenge.

  • Analyse and report on revenue, pricing, and margin trends.

  • Build and maintain forecasting and budgeting models.

  • Support business planning cycles, including scenario analysis and reforecasting.

  • Produce clear, actionable financial reports and dashboards.

  • Evaluate pricing proposals, business cases, and investment opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CIMA/ACCA/CPA is advantageous).

  • Experience in a commercial finance or financial analyst role.

  • Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • A proactive, commercially curious mindset with a problem-solving approach.
